Members are the common occupants of site.

Members have additional privileges over guests:

  • Members can self-check in and out using the mobile app.
  • Members can be hosts of guests.
  • Members can view, check-out their guests.
  • Members can view all checked in guests on the mobile app (if configured).
  • Members can mark lone workers as safe (if configured).

Creating Members

To create a member:

  1. Open the site
  2. Click the Register button
  3. Click Create New Member or Guest
  4. Select Create Member
  5. Fill in the details and click Add person. You may optionally take a photo or check them in.

If Send a Welcome Email is enabled (default), the member will receive an email with a link to the mobile app.
